"Carnival of Commerce" EXPO brings all the pizzazz of Fiesta Days.  Expo application

Date ~ Saturday, February 18, 2012
Location ~ McHenry High School West Campus
Parking ~ can park on site
Hours ~ 10 am until 4 pm
Theme ~ Carnival.  Booths become attractions engaging families.  
Booth Size ~ 10' wide by 8' deep.  Table is 8' and 1 chair will be provided.
Entertainment ~ Super Couponing Presentaion ~ 9:30-10:30am.  Early attendance by reservation only. Doors open at 9am only for this show. Huge draw.  Must reserve seat. Limited space. Call chamber office to reserve: 815-385-4300. McHenry Warriors Obstacle Course all day; Mar Ray Dance Studio ~ 10:45-11:30am; 4 Strings Attached of The Martin Lopez Academy ~ 11:45am-12:45pm; Daisy Muffin the Clown ~ noon-2pm; Amazing Animals By Samantha ~1-2pm; Parkland School Bands ~2:15-3pm; McHenry Middle School Choir ~ 3:15-4pm. There will also be face painting, free popcorn, many children games, giveaways and much more. .  
Set Up ~ 7am to 9:30am on February 18th. Event will not open until10am giving vendors plenty of time to set up at their convenience.  Exhibitors can sell from the booth.

  

Other Expos

Scrambles provide an opportunity for members to exhibit twice annually at a business to business structured networking event.

Fiesta Days parade encourages members to bring a float and pass out coupons to 1000’s along parade route. Fiesta Days Kid’s Ice Cream Social has vendors with a child oriented market the chance to directly connect with this group.

Country Meadows provides a small vendor fair for members marketing to a female audience.

SOHO (Small Office Home Office) gives members an opportunity to tie into McHenry’s November Christmas Walk exhibiting holiday gift items to families attending this annual event.

WINGs (Women’s Interactive Networking Group) supplies a chance for members to bring brochures and flyers promoting their business not only at Table Talk but for meetings as well.
