The McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce offers members the opportunity to reach out to an untapped market, the new resident.  Through its “Shop Chamber Members First” program businesses can tie into the credibility of the Chamber while influencing recent arrivals to “Shop Chamber Members First.”

The program proceeds as follows:

•  New residents each month are delivered a package loaded with knick knack items and brochures created especially with them in mind. This bag will bear the logo "Shop Chamber Members First! Coupons and Gifts sponsored by the McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce."  

 •  The Chamber will send monthly a complete list of families receiving the package with address and phone number where available.  Sponsors will be charged $1.00 per family.

To participate in this program all that is necessary is to contact Chamber office at 815-385-4300 should you have any questions or need a staff person from the Chamber to pick up materials from your place of business, 50 promotional items will be needed to be placed in the bag.
